1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing the Rakeez HR web portal or mobile application, or by signing an order form with us, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
Rakeez HR is a subscription human-resources platform for employers operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It covers employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, GOSI and end-of-service calculations, wage-file generation, and asset tracking, delivered through a web portal and an Android application.
We improve the product continuously. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. We will not make a change that materially reduces core functionality during a paid term without giving reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and access
Accounts are created by the subscribing employer, not by self-registration. The employer is responsible for who they grant access to and at what role.
You must keep your credentials confidential and must not share them. QR sign-in codes are single-use, expire quickly, and must not be forwarded. Tell us immediately at it@rakeezsolutions.sa if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. The employer's responsibilities
Because the employer controls the personal data in their tenant, the employer is responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis to collect and process their employees' data, including identity documents, salary and location data
- Informing employees that attendance may be recorded with GPS coordinates, and honouring any consent required under the PDPL
- The accuracy of data entered into the platform, and of payroll figures approved through it
- Verifying generated wage files, GOSI figures and end-of-service calculations before relying on or submitting them
- Managing role assignments so that salary, identity and health-related data are visible only to staff who need them
Rakeez provides the calculation tools. Compliance with Saudi labour law and the accuracy of what is submitted to banks, GOSI, Mudad or any authority remains the employer's responsibility.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully, or to store data you have no right to hold
- Attempt to access another organisation's data, or any account that is not yours
- Probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the software except where the law expressly permits it
- Resell or provide the service to a third party without a written agreement with us
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringing
- Place unreasonable load on the platform through automated requests
6. Subscription and payment
Fees, billing period and employee counts are set out in your order form. Prices shown on this website are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Invoices are payable within the period agreed. If an account remains unpaid we may suspend access after giving written notice. Suspension does not delete your data — see section 11.
7. Intellectual property
Rakeez owns the platform, its software, design and documentation. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during the subscription term, and nothing more.
You own your data. We claim no ownership over employee records, payroll figures or documents you upload. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The platform depends on third-party infrastructure and on external systems such as banking and government wage-protection platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or decisions of those external systems. Where a government platform changes its format or rules, we will make reasonable efforts to update the product promptly.
9. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless a specific service level is agreed in writing in your order form. We may perform maintenance, and will give advance notice of planned downtime where practical.
Support is available by email at it@rakeezsolutions.sa during business hours in the Kingdom.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Rakeez HR is a software tool, not a legal, tax or accounting adviser. Payroll, GOSI and end-of-service outputs are calculations based on the data and configuration you provide. You are responsible for reviewing them before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data where you have not maintained your own records. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.
11. Termination and what happens to your data
Either party may end the subscription in line with the order form. We may suspend or terminate immediately for a material breach of these terms or for unlawful use.
On termination, access ends. You may request an export of your organisation's data by writing to it@rakeezsolutions.sa within 30 days of termination. After that period we may delete it, subject to the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim elsewhere.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. For material changes affecting a paid subscription we will give at least 30 days' notice to the subscribing employer, and the change takes effect at the next renewal.
